Davindo Maritim Servis is a marine employment service that strives to provide companies with the qualified people they are looking for, from entry-level to experienced professionals.
In executing of recruitment process, we have professional specialized in deg personnel competency for selective candidate and we recruited very selective to potential job seekers (experienced and no experienced) an Indonesian seafarers for deployment on board seagoing vessels.
For non experience job seekers, in order to meet the future business challenge we will train them to the right place according to their ability and choice, such as:
- Deck Dept, Engine Dept and Catering Dept
- English language / Ship knowledge
- Computer application and operation
Crewing
Recruitment and deployment of qualified shipboard personnel, following selection procedures of candidate through interview, personnel history verification and computer based testing.
Thorough certification and documentation checks carried out. Specific upgrading courses required prior boarding to ensure quality seagoing personnel. PT. Davindo Maritim Servis maintains a crew recording system of house crew based on a computer database to have more control in selection, retention and training.

Term and Condition (Negotiable)
- MOA (Mutual of Agreement) Between PT. Davindo Maritim Servis and user/principal/ship owner
- Period of contract 6 (Six) to 8 (Eight) months
- User/Principals/ship owner/provides for:
- Insurance
- PTA Ticket’s
- Letter of Guarantee/Invitation letter, Include, Vessel name, Port (To apply visa)
- Agency fee negotiable
- Allotment minimum of 70 % and Maximum of 80 % from Basic Wage for crew family as mentioned from Allotment form
- - Overall 2 ea - Safety shoes 1 ea
- PT. Davindo Maritim Servis Responsible and Provides for:
- Individual Working Agreement as contained in the article between Agency and user / Principals / Ship owner
- Agency is responsible the crew allotment payment to the crew family as mentioned from Allotment form
- Embarcation Procedure
- Medical check up
- Signing on (Immigration)
- Mustering (Harbor Master)
8 (Eight) to 10 (Ten) months

Service Fee
Our service fee is negotiable but generally may consist of:
- Recruitment fee charged to principal not employee, this is to cover our internal cost of advertisement, selection process and administration
- Agency fee charged to principal for the purpose of deck and engine experienced in various employment handling cost of local authority and legal document.
Of course we currently have available crews for deck and engine experienced in various position, labor for oil and gas industry and worker for offshore/onshore.
